Our Team

Our business model is based on the concept of a virtual organisation with a small but responsive core team able to draw in additional skills and resources from a pool of associated individuals and organisations and to assemble exactly the right mix for a particular project. This approach provides great flexibility enabling us to construct a team to match clients' requirements and to draw on specialist skills that might not be accessible to a traditional organisation. We make extensive use of technology to support this model of working that ensures we can provide a responsive service with low overheads offering best value to our clients. Through our long-standing networks in the healthcare field we can rapidly assemble appropriate teams of consultants to deliver high quality work and cost-effective project outcomes to demanding deadlines.

In addition we have access to a network of individuals who work in the management or delivery of health and social care that we can make available to clients who wish to ensure they gain a current and grounded perspective from those currently working at the front line. This network includes clinicians from across the range of the clinical professions, social care practitioners and
