Conference Services

We have substantial experience of running meetings and conferences for clients and aim to provide a service that removes the organisational burdens from their shoulders. Our service is flexible to meet your needs but typically we would handle:

Programme development –working closely with the client
Venue selection
Delegate promotion and administration
Conference day administration, AV, stage management and trouble shooting
Audience participation/groupwork planning and facilitation
Hospitality
Capture of proceedings with summary reports, audio, video and/or written transcripts as required

Typically events we organise are concerned with stakeholder engagement and consultation, team briefing or team building. We can provide experienced chairs and facilitators able to handle difficult situations where there are tensions between delegates and our client or between delegates.
